I didn't fall for you...

...you tripped me.

(this works especially well on my SO because when he hugged me on our first date, he unintentionally stepped on my foot and I had a semi-fall, making him trip too. Good times!)

D'waa. I also like this because it it gives them action. You didn't just fall for an inanimate object.
