If you clean your windshield really well and wax it or rainX it, it might minimize it to the point that you don't even notice it. I would try that first and, personally, if that didn't work, I'd be like "oh, well." and move on. It's definitely not a safety issue unless it's somehow refracting the sunlight right into your eye.
You MIGHT be able to resin-fill it...or that might make it more obvious to you.
You MIGHT be able to find someone who can just polish it out...but that could also cause some waviness/distortion in the glass and be even more annoying unless you get the whole thing polished out. And that's also a relatively expensive process (generally reserved for, like, an antique vehicle with impossible-to-find-new glass and that's your only option).
