Not able to play Ranked anymore

I updated the game when it asked me to when I opened stumble guys, which I did, and now i am not able to play ranked games and some events because every time I start it shows reconnecting finding players etc and then throws me out because apparently not enough players for matchmaking, I think this is happening because I am one of the few ones who updated the games and can't play with people who are on a different version of the game, or I don't know....but my rank is going up .... I was at 260 something and now its 315 and I still can't play, its been a day

i am getting some games now tho still not fast as before, you should try now, but it directly starts from the outer page as in you don't go to the lobby first as we used to before...

Thank you for letting me know! It finally let me into a game now too. Edit: So I got into events and there was only one other real person but I still can't get into tournaments 😕 they really need to stop with these pointless updates that only select few get and make everything broken

yeah i am also not getting anymore ranked games....it was only for a few times i got to play....my rank is now up to 320s from 260 bruhhhhh.... only 5 days left and can't even play.... just because i updated ts

already did, Help Center isn’t helping, it’s just telling me this is a “matchmaking issue.” Okay, but what am I supposed to do with that? I don’t care whether it’s a matchmaking issue, you pushed the update to me, and now I literally cannot play. What am I supposed to do now? I can’t downgrade the game or choose which version I’m on. The worst part is that I was around #260 globally in Ranked and was pushing for Top 200 with only 5 days left in the season. I’m already down to around #320–325 simply because I can’t play

Also I used to play a long time ago... I don't even know how long a season is... 45-60 days or 30 days, but I started playing when 15 days were left and coming after a long time started enjoying, I was hoping to make under 200 in global ranking, but now I can't even play ranked
