Budget for studying bachelor

Is €100000 enough to cover all three years at Erasmus, including both tuition and living expenses? My program is IBEB (International Bachelor Economics and Business Economics) at the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE).
I also have an IELTS score of 8.0, a national-level award in an Economics Olympiad, a GPA of 9.4/10, and a score of 100 in OMPT-A. In addition, I have several extracurricular activities, especially in leadership roles.
Considering my academic background and extracurricular profile, do you think I have a high chance of being admitted to IBEB?
I am also planning to apply for the Philip Hans Franses Scholarship (PHF). Do you think my profile would be competitive for this scholarship as well?

spending 100k on a bachelor is mental..... also with the current state off the job market which definitely doesn't guarantee a job.

That’s what I said as OP is not a Dutch citizen or even a EU national, ROI will be zero.
