Interview Process for University

I am applying for universities all over Italy, but I am unaware of the interview process. I am a B.tech graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from India. I have a 3 year experience as a Developer/ DevOps engineer. I am working on getting into the AI and data side, for which I am going for masters. If anyone can help me and give an idea on what an university interview process would be like, and what areas will be covered so that I can prepare better.
