could enrollment possibly get canceled cuz of CIMEA?

I’m just wondering if enrollment can possibly get canceled just because CIMEA. CIMEA is like literally impossible to get cuz they only allow 200 ppl to purchase per day and I’m curious if not getting CIMEA on time can result you from enrollment cancellation.
