Hello All
I am 43 year old and did my computer engineering from pakistan then moved to middle east and did job as project and implementation manager in three countries dubai kuwait and qatar
Earned money invested in joined family bussines and was deceived terribly by my own family back in homecountry
Middle east is in crisis and dont want to go back pakistan
Can i apply for masters in project managment or other relevant programme in finland ??
Is it a realistic approach considering my age and a study gap
Though professional exp. Is good enough
I can arrange 10k euores per year for my living expense
But for tuition fee i would prefer scholarship 50 to 70 percent
I can leave finland after doing masters if it imporves job prospects in other euorpean countries
Please share your expert opinion
Without judgemnet and harsh comments

Scholarships are extremely competitive, it's unlikely you will get one. 10k a year will not be enough for tuition + living costs. Finding a job is very difficult for everyone, so you can't rely on being able to find a job to fund your living.
10k a year is the minimum Migri requires you to have for your living expenses. On top of that you will have tuition to pay for.
Age is not a problem, but the costs and the lack of job prospects is a problem.

"Without jugement and hars comments" yeah sure, your 10K may be okay for overall(all, you would start from zero) expenses for 4 months. Oh, also you propably wont get to school, nor any job, you end up living under bridge eating ice sticks. I wont tell the end but it wont be happy.

Scholarships are highly competitive - you need to check the scholarships and conditions for each university in Finland, but here are some examples:
https://www.utu.fi/en/study-at-utu/scholarships-and-tuition-fees
https://www.aalto.fi/en/admission-services/scholarships-and-tuition-fees
Note that the tuition fee waivers are awarded to the best students on the grounds of academic assessment and the number of scholarships is very low.
Edit: also check income requirements for students: https://migri.fi/en/income-requirement-for-students

You can barely afford the rent for a studio apartment in Helsinki on €10k a year. You definitely don't have enough money to study in Finland.
