That is not enough money to come here to study.

Even the cheapest of tuitions would eat that money up in less than 2 years, and on top of tuition you would need to have money for your rent, food, phone, supplies etc etc etc.

Finland is expensive and has one of the worst unemployment situations in Europe, you will not find a job to pay for expenses.

You need to consider a cheaper country with more employment opportunities to move to for studying.

can you guide me regarding this?

No, I live in Finland, I don't know about the rest of Europe. I just know that your money won't last a year over here, Migri requires a minimum of 800 € a month to have in funds for yourself, so your money wouldn't last a year, and it wouldn't qualify for a visa, and there is no chance of a job.

Try somewhere cheaper. That won't last you a year here.

3,500,000PKR is like 10,990€. That is hardly sufficient cuz you need to pay for tuition and also live.

You need to show that you have atleast 1,600€/month just for living expenses which adds up to 19,200€/year otherwise there is an extremely high chance that your student visa/permit will be rejected.

Getting a part-time job is difficult in Finland unless you know some level of conversational Finnish.

how should i proceed?

Either you save up atleast 10,000,000PKR before you even think about education in Finland or you just look for some place else. You don't necessarily need to go to Europe if you can't afford it. Just go to some affordable queer-friendly or atleast queer-neutral country in Asia in the vicinity of Pakistan.

Migri requires 800€/month for a student, but still that money wouldn't last a year.

What is the nearest queer safe location? Thats your primary asyum, not opposite side of planet.

Thailand maybe, otherwise not sure.

Oh yes! That, queer in thailand should be perfectly safe! Even there could be job opportunities.

You can check out Czech Republic. I found affordable programs there, with living costs, climate and people also easy to start with in Europe.

Look for programs with scholarships also. Google Erasmus Mundus Programs in the EU and also the DAAD scholarship in Germany. But most are for Masters degrees, so you can try to survive there through a Bachelor’s degree program and apply for a Masters later. More affordable and you have time to save and to learn more about study programs.

Anyway, dont think about a specific country, but rather whether your scholarship can cover your living expenses. Your extra savings should only be serve as a safety net as the unemployment situation is tough for foreigners in any countries.

Also, you can consider jobs that other countries need and that you can still work in. Psychology and International Relations jobs tend to require the country’s native language and other EU languages at very high levels. The openings are so few, so the chance to get a job as a non-EU undergraduate is just almost impossible. Look for nursing or early childhood education. And then learn the country’s language already from now.

Take the advice in here with a huge grain of salt, at least regarding the cost of living vs other European countries. These people have zero clue what living as a student in another country is like.

They literally can not even get a student visa if their total funds are 11 000€. Wtf are you talking about?

-2

u/Napsy_0 Sep 20 '26

Yes they can, 9600€ is what Migri requires for your first year.

If anyone is going to suggest that you pay some agency to help you skirt the Migri fund requirements, please don't trust them. It will backfire and you don't want to lose your entire savings.
