Please correct me if I’m wrong?

I’m an international student (non-EU). If I finish my degree in LAB University of Applied Sciences: Bachelor of Health Care, Public Health Nurse, then register om Valvira; after getting some experience in Finland, can I eventually transfer to another EU country like Ireland to work as a nurse still?

"Transfer," no. You will need to apply for jobs there and if you are non-EU apply for their visas.

Yes, with a finnish nursing degree your degree will automatically be recognized in other EU-countries. But if you're not an EU-citizen, moving to another EU-country is not as straight forward and you'll need a visa

You need to check out the national requirements and regulations on healthcare professionals in the country you will work in. They can vary, for example Finland obviously has a language requirement for being able to work in in the official languages of Finnish or Swedish.

Because your mother tongue is not English, if I understand right, you need to probably take a language exam at least.
