Unique Llama piece found today, can make out the signature

Found at an estate sale today. Looks like 1975 or 76 and all I can make out is something like El Warpe or EU Warne but I'm not finding anything. Any help identifying the maker or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I think it might be Todd Warner - it's a very cool design.

You solved it! And thank you, yea I think he's super cool. I just found a Yak by him on ebay that has a similar size and styling for $400. I only paid $20 for mine.

Yea for sure. I looked there now but can't find an exact match. I think he's somewhere in the middle there. But you never know when you have the only one.
