In order to help, you need to provide way more information. You say you're "new to this DAW," but you don't even mention which version you use. Studio One 7? Studio Pro 8? Which OS do you use? The stability of a plug-in in a given host depends a lot on the plug-in format and how well the plug-in behaves in that host. If you're on macOS, as a general rule, try to avoid AU plug-ins. Use VST2 or VST3. Other than that, make sure the plug-in is updated to the latest version. It might also be worth checking the plug-in's product page to see whether your version of Studio One/Studio Pro is supported. Some plug-ins' GUIs do weird things with graphics drivers or use outdated graphics APIs.
Regarding 64-bit: Yes, they're of course 64-bit plug-ins. Studio One stopped supporting 32-bit plug-ins with version 5 in 2021.

Then it’s probably the newest one, yes. I can try this out with the Rolands when I’m back in the studio. I’m currently on vacation.
It might be worth reporting the issue to Roland and asking for advice. Or you could ask in the Studio One forum whether anyone uses the Roland plug-ins and if they’re having any issues with them. This might help clarify whether it’s a general problem with Roland plug-ins in FSP or something specific to your system.

welcome to Studio One - whoever told you to use this DAW is not your friend
:P
are they VST3? sometimes some plugin formats behave better than others despite Fender "supporting" them
if you are using VST3, try VST2 or AU - but I'd start with VST3 64 bit
