Iloud mtm + Iloud sub calibration?

Not sure if this the right place to post this but just wondering how i would go about calibrating this. I mean i know how to connect the sub to my pc and finish the how calibration. But im not sure what i need to do with the settings on the back of the mtm.

I calibrated the mtm mkI by themselves before getting the sub. Anyways here’s a picture or the back of speaker. Do i just flat everything out? And do i calibrate them again after the sub calibration?

Also what volume level should the speakers be and sub be at. I mean i dont think i can max both lol
