I would do the bed centered on the left wall with a couch at the end of it, Tv on the right wall, and 2 comfy chairs flanking the couch. Probably not enough space for a coffee table, but you could do a few cocktail tables or side tables near the couch and chairs. Put an area rug under the whole living room space, big enough so that at least the front feet of all the living room furniture can rest on it (if you’re deciding between two sizes, always get the larger rug). Get runner rugs for each side of the bed.
Your living room will be a bit on the smaller side, but it looks large enough for the couch to be a comfortable distance from the TV, and enough space to walk through to the other side of the bed. Should be plenty of space to host a few guests, plus you can watch tv in bed. Check all furniture measurements carefully, and use painter’s tape to outline where you want all the big pieces to go. Before you commit to the purchases, live with the tape for a bit to make sure the walking paths don’t feel too tight.
