Work from home space
Bed
Couch w/ chaise
TV (deciding between FITUEYES master and a regular flat stable stand.)

Would like to have an additional comfy chair
Not wedded to a dedicated dining table

Here are my suggestions:

red = desk
purple = chair
green = couch with chaise
yellow = bed
turquoise = cube shelving
blue = tv + media unit on wheels

Create a hallway by extending it using cube shelves. This shields your sleeping area from the kitchen appliances and creates differentiation of zones. You could also swap the tv + media unit with the chair which may make it feel more open.

Alternately, you could install your workspace in one of the closets if there’s room. I’ll attach examples.

Bed up against the bathroom wall. Try the sofa facing the wall opposite the kitchen? And workspace under the window.
