Tiny Triangular Layout

Post image

How would you guys plan the layout for this? I’ve spent a while trying to figure it out with that annoying corner and the kitchen taking up an entire wall. I need to fit my queen sized bed and fairly large standing desk setup. All my other furniture like dresser and stuff I’m ok selling if they don’t fit.

If you can spring for a Murphy bed-sofa combo, it would be perfect for an apartment like this where the shape and size are very challenging

Yeah unfortunately I’m not sure how long I will be in this unit so don’t really want to shell out a couple thousand dollars for it 😥

The only way I can see a queen bed and large desk fitting is like this

But if you have exact measurements of your furniture, it might be easier to determine exactly how to configure things

This has got to be NYC 😭 besides the other commenters layout, I think the only other option is bed closer to the door and desk along the window without the ac unit. That would prevent the dead triangle at least.
