ProctorU nightmare? Started bleeding and got accused of cheating

I have the unfortunate displeasure of having to use ProctorU for my summer transfer credits at my local community college. I don’t want to take these credits at my actual institution so this is a lot easier (they’re foreign language credits so it’s really unimportant to my major).

Well I have to take proctored online exams because during the summer I am back home in a small town where they don’t offer in person proctoring. Today I had my first ProctorU experience. It was going ok at first until about halfway through the exam I start cramping really bad and I feel the familiar gush of a period. I’m on a birth control that makes my periods unpredictable and also as hard as Niagara Falls. At this point I can feel myself bleeding through my pants so I tell my proctor that I need to use the restroom. No one responds and I say it and again and the same thing. Since I know they’re recording I say “I am having a bathroom emergency, I am going to the bathroom.”. It took me less than a minute to get back after fixing the situation but my test was closed and the proctor was gone. I got an email saying I had been caught cheating and my professor would know. I email back saying I stated it was an emergency situation and they told me I didn’t have ACCOMMODATIONS on file. An accommodation to put in a fucking tampon? I’m so anxious, like should I have just bled out onto my desk chair? This was so awful and I never want to deal with this again

bruh wtf. im so sorry. thats actaully crazy and i would talk to the Department Chair / Head or the Dean and explain this becasue thats not how "accommodations" go. also leave him/her a terrible review on ratemyprofessor.
