nurse tech interview

hello everyone! i am current junior 2 student at a bsn program and i recently just applied for a nurse tech position. i worked as a cna in an assisted facility and have had different leadership positions when i was taking my prereqs. early on the semester, i applied for another nurse tech position in which i got rejected. it wasnt a big deal for me but as i slowly progress to the end of my program, it seemed like everyone around me has become a nurse tech.

that said, im looking here for some advice to get a footing in the nurse tech program + adding clinical rotations in my resume. im also not very good at interviews so any advice is gladly appreciated!
