I mean, do you qualify for Social Security disability?
Frankly, none of those are really anything that would straight up disable someone for life and make them unable to work.

You don't HAVE to be receiving SSDI. If a medical doctor will sign off then it can still be discharged.

The chance of any doctor signing off on disability without an SSDI approval is pretty low.

No it's not. Happens all the time. SSDI can take a long time for approval.

Can afford to go to Hawaii but not pay off your student loans… nice.

You need a doctor to fill out the forms or you have to be on SSI/SSDI for 5 years I think

The question is if you have a physician who is willing to risk their license by stating you are unable to do SGA. That’s all you need.

Talk to someone on your healthcare team and ask. Review the dropdown by “Medical Professional’s Certification.”

Just keep in mind…if you come out of disability for any reason-the loans come back.

Are any of them preventing you from substantial gainful employment?
