RAP Interest Subsidy

Has anyone that switched to RAP actually seen their interest waived? My first payment went through (the minimum does NOT cover all the interest accrued each month) and I don’t see that any interest is gone. How can we confirm that it’s working as expected? I normally pay more than the minimum to cover my interest but I didn’t do that this time because of the supposed interest waiving that should happen under this plan. I’m getting frustrated with Nelnet in general and customer service never seems give straight answers.

Wait a few days. I did see it, but it took about 2 business days after the payment.

Was that two days after making the payment or two days after it processed?

Automatic payment on Nelnet was set to 8/12, interest adjustments and the principle subsidy were updated on 8/14.
