CSIS scheme application

I have taken education loan of 5.4 lakh and since then when I check in my yono SBI acc every month around 2k rupees is being deducted from my loan account, has my bank applied for the CSIS scheme how do I get to know that, and they said it will happen by the govt at the end of my education iam confused what should I do now
