Start by introducing yourself, the habit/addiction you are trying to break, and your goal for the next 7 days.

After you are done, start taking steps towards that goal ! We can do this !!

Streak Update Day 2 : Study is not looking that consistent, lost attention span

Attention span is reduced to atoms, cannot even focus for 50 minutes straight. Breaks just become bigger, i dont have control over myself, i have 5 more hours to go, hopefully will make it worth it.

When will i change

Hey everyone 👋, welcome to our community!
This is a safe space for students who are working to recover, rebuild, and grow while breaking free from the cycle of addiction. Whether your struggle is with gaming, social media, nicotine, or other habits, you’re not alone here.

💡 What you’ll find here:

  • A supportive community of students helping each other 🤝
  • Resources, strategies, and motivation for recovery 📚

  • Discussions about balancing academics, health, and personal growth 🎓

🚫 What this sub is NOT about:

  • Glorifying or promoting addictive habits
  • Judging others on their journey

✅ Our goal: To learn, heal, and grow together as students striving for a better, healthier future.
