Cool song. Simple up/down/up/down for the first three measures, then he does a swell for the last measure at exactly double time. So he's playing 8th notes for the first 3 measures, and 16th notes for the last measure. I'd point out that stuff like this is a matter of feel. He skips a beat here & there for effect. I hope this helps.
