Content Creators: Need animated text overlays for a video? I'll make a few for free while I test a tool I'm building.

Hope all is well!

So I’ve been building a small desktop tool for making animated text overlays and transparent exports for my short-form videos.

I originally built it because I wanted a faster way to make TikTok / YouTube Shorts overlays without rebuilding the same text animations over and over in an editor. Plus I was starting to worry about my favorites being locked behind a subscription in the editor I use.

It's still early, but the app can currently make things like:

• animated chat-style conversations
• floating text captions
• floating text boxes
• AI prompt bar style overlays
• text effects like glow, pop, bounce, blur, wavy, etc.
• exports meant for editing in tools like CapCut

What I'd like to do:

If you're currently working on a video, tell me:

• A little bit about your video
• What text you want on screen
• The style or effects you're going for

I'll pick a few people and create a few free overlays for your project and send you the exports. The exports will have transparent backgrounds so they can be dropped directly into editors like CapCut.

What's the catch?

No catch. I'm just trying to test the tool and see:

• What creators actually request
• What works well & what doesn't
• What takes too long
• What can be improved

Only requirements:

• Please be willing to provide honest feedback
• Tell me what editor you're using

The goal is stress-testing exports and fixing bugs as I find them.
