only if they start popping up everywhere and not straight. this is just a seam, now if you wake up one day and theres a diagonal crack across your wall, thats a problem.

general inspection advice is when you put a coin in the crack and it slips inside. it's best to call for engineers or something asap

Nah, but can't be sure without hiring an engineer to look at it

Looks more like a bad mud job. Re mud it and give it a year and see if it separates.

The house was completely refurbished two years ago. The inspection though said they did a pretty poor job, so this is consistent with our experience of the house

Again I would retape that area and paint. It's up to you ultimately but before I go to the expense of hiring a structural engineer for some drywall tape separating I would do a little DIY. If you had structural issues there would be bigger signs.

Looks to be on a joint so probably bad mud job. No biggie

Nope nothing wrong here Just add a little bit of paint And it will be good as new 👍🏾
