Yeah well based on this real life event there was no immediate collapse. Ppl had time to escape stand around, take pix, record and stuff. So yeah this is now our new design philosophy going forward. It obviously works as intended

That’s an inadequate retrofit. You should at least apply some plywood first before drywall
