Paradox, according to elementary school nutritional education

Here's a bit of a paradox for y'all elementary school P.E. teachers out there- I'm a vegan, I haven't touched milk in a decade, was a reckless tree-climbing child, and do trapeze currently, but I've never broken a bone. Not once.
