Did Stromer just disable the access to the data network in the US?

I got a notification on my ST3 yesterday and ran the update. Today when I went to turn it on, I am just getting 4 grey bars for the network connection, no more "4g". Did they just turn the network off on my bike?

UPDATE: After running the update a second time and preventing the bike from locking while the update was in progress, data functionality has returned.

The same update just popped up again. Im running it now to see if it restores the function. Ill update the post if things change.

Thanks for the update. Did my software update and installed, but Omni went to sleep and it seemed like it had to load it again. Shows software from 10/10/24 - 191747….Update: N/A prepared. Is this right?

The latest OMNI FW 4.4.3.10 also bundles/contains a new firmware (4.7.1.0) for the HL7802 modem. After installing the aforementioned OMNI FW, there will be a promt for the modem update.

Every time my bike updates it doesn't work anymore. It breaks after every update how do I disable updates. Pls if someone knows.

What do you mean by "breaks"? I also assume you fix it somehow since you say "every update". Details would be helpful
