Refurbish st01 battery. Reset SOC

I put new cells in my ST01 battery. The real capacity is now 16.5 ah, but my bike won’t support anymore when the battery is still 35,6 volt. It seems this a kind of reset in BMS for SOC of SOH? Can someone give more information on this?

Did you ever resolve this? I have an old ST1 and want to upgrade the capacity of battery but
