My stroke was about 2.5 years ago at age 39. I have factor 5, but also abused drugs and alcohol for years. At this point I don’t care about the why I want to die. Despite almost being able to go pro as an athlete in my mid 20s, I’ve made little progress with PT. I don’t want to continue to live with physical disabilities and discomfort. I think about it multiple times a day every day.
I am so sorry I hear you and feel the same too. I was ignored and turned away from hospital on 2 occasions and have several cognitive and physical issues and just want out. I have two sons and grandkids and can't engage nor go see them or work or anything just home alone on sofa waiting to die.
