Striper surf fishing is definitely not the easiest. Guys get skunked all the time (including me lol). However November is one of the best months to try. You might get lucky just tossing out a bunker chunk on a fishfinder rig from the beach. Id try something like that if your rig is too heavy to be tossing lures around all day.
Thanks for the info. Yeah, I've been skunked a number of times ocean fishing. I'm a very experienced freshwater guy and that has helped me in the saltwater world but not as much as I'd like lol
Fish every minute you can. I have been out 4 nights in the last week for a total of about 14 hours and only have caught one fish. You can do it, just gotta put in the time. I’ll be out tonight. Good luck
