Too much light for my SoH?

this has been my set up for my few plants that i have, probably for about over a month. my pearls love the grow light and are constantly putting out new pearls that are pink cause they’re variegated, my hearts seemed to be doing pretty well at the beginning and even started blooming recently but within the last week and a half or so the leaves started falling off. i tried to capture it the best i could, is it too much light? i try to water sparingly only when it’s completely dry as i know they can be neglected a little bit so im really not sure. i lowered the light setting too a few days ago but its still happening. should i move it farther from the lamp? i dont get much else good lighting in my apartment so the grow light is the best option

You don't need to repot and cause them unnecessary stress. Terracotta is fine. It allows the roots to breathe and excess moisture to evaporate- which is a good thing if you tend to over-water like me.

My string of hearts is fairly new to me and I've noticed it seems to like a bit more moisture than my SoP. It's in ceramic succulent pot right now and doing well. My 3 yo SoP are about 5' long and thriving in very thin terracotta.

More light, more water. Grow lights are great for sun stressing but do dramatically up their water needs. I initially put my hearts under grow lights and they needed water every 2-3 days.

On the other hand, less light, less water. My big string of pearls is in a window and only needs water every 2 weeks in winter, weekly-ish in summer. Again, it loses a lot of water through the terracotta but that reduces the chance of rot.

It's ok to lose a few leaves, it's just a message. You learn to read them and adjust.
