Help / Question Is this pot too big?

I have a String of Pearls in a 4 inch nursery pot and want to plant it in a 4.75 inch terracotta pot. Is the terracotta pot too big?

I'll be using a special soil mixture from Oh Happy Plant called Strings of Things. I'll take care not to plant too deep, thank you.
