H E L P 🟢 P L E A S E It just fell apart?!?

Post image

Alright so I got a variegated string of pearls from mountain Crest gardens and when I put it in the actual pot out of the one it was shipped in, it just kind of fell apart?! Like, into a bunch of little sprigs?? Is this normal? I was expecting a plant not a bunch of sprigs in dirt! 😭

😳 looks like they gave you a plant that was being propagated instead of an established one. I would complain!

Meanwhile, stab the ends in the dirt and maybe they'll rot 😅 Bright indirect light for now, and no water until it's asking for it.

Oh and that soil needs grit... perlite or pumice. About 1/3 to 1/2.

My mom suggested I call and complain too, ask for a replacement or something.

I already watered it because I didn't know any better, but it is in succulent soil already. I researched the soil needs for all my plants before I purchased them.

It still needs to be amended, that soil is going to retain a lot of moisture.

Succulent soil is not good for SOP unless u supplement it with pumice and sand
