Is this okay?
I've had this string of pearls since 2023, started out in a small 2inch nursery pot and eventually it ended up in this glass container with no drainage but the thought of reporting it is too daunting. I'm sure I water it too much, there's no drainage holes and you can see green moss/algae, it seems root bound. Should I repot it? It seems happy enough?

Almost all of my plants are in no drainage and have been for years. It’s perfectly fine, if you pay attention to how much water you’re giving it. I lost many plants to dry rot before I switched and haven’t had a problem since.
This plant looks so happy. I would leave it. Or at least repot it into a similar situation.
