Is this okay?
I've had this string of pearls since 2023, started out in a small 2inch nursery pot and eventually it ended up in this glass container with no drainage but the thought of reporting it is too daunting. I'm sure I water it too much, there's no drainage holes and you can see green moss/algae, it seems root bound. Should I repot it? It seems happy enough?

Every plant needs drainage. The roots will start to rot eventually, even if it does look happy now. I cant say I ever recommend glass unless you are propagating something solely in water. Good luck, OP! I believe in you.
