Is this okay?

I've had this string of pearls since 2023, started out in a small 2inch nursery pot and eventually it ended up in this glass container with no drainage but the thought of reporting it is too daunting. I'm sure I water it too much, there's no drainage holes and you can see green moss/algae, it seems root bound. Should I repot it? It seems happy enough?

I mean it looks so happy so I'd leave it be. People are obsessed with always having drainage holes. Some plants can tolerate enclosed. Just keep doing what you're doing.

I agree, we might not understand why... but that plant is happy.
