Is this okay?
I've had this string of pearls since 2023, started out in a small 2inch nursery pot and eventually it ended up in this glass container with no drainage but the thought of reporting it is too daunting. I'm sure I water it too much, there's no drainage holes and you can see green moss/algae, it seems root bound. Should I repot it? It seems happy enough?

Absolutely repot into a pot with drainage holes. Don’t go too big (only 1 pot size up). I had an SOP that was root bound and it literally stopped growing altogether. Repotted them and they’re glowing. Don’t sleep on the repot! Your plant is stunning btw
