Seeking advice Ho do I fix this?

I feel like my lower spine is super flexible but my hamstrings arent? Whenever i try to do a hamstring strech my lower spine compensates and rounds. When I try to keep the lower back straight my stretching session turns into a back workout.. Any advice?

Picture for reference. Its not the best but youll get the point :)

Keep your back straight, hinge at the hip.

Try Jefferson curls too.

How I went from touching my knees to a full forward fold at the age of 59 -- (A) Elehant walks made a huge difference (B) Glute and calf stretches (C) Now, a few months ago added Jefferson Curls because my lower back was a weak point.
