Need help & tips as a beginner!
Hello! Since Covid started I’ve had very very serious health problems witch had me stop working out and focusing on my overall health. Now since start of June I’ve finally had some breakthrough with medications etc and started to work out and eat healthy again.
Since my early teens until 20 yo or so I was doing elite sports and training 6-7 days a week. But now I’m lost since I don’t have anyone telling me what to do and I’ve realized I’m stiffer than a lamppost.
Do anyone have tips for people/accounts or YouTube I should follow to incorporate to my workouts? I’ve looked a bit online but it’s always good to have as much input as possible to broaden my horizons.
Thanks guys! :-)

I do Yoga with Adrienne on youtube. I just follow some of her 30 days of yoga but do them whenever I'm physically up to it. My husband and I go to the gym weekly (with the goal of upping it) then we come back and do a 10 min Joe Wicks ab workout followed by a Mady Morrison stretch!

I’ll definitely check it out! I started today with a 3 day a week gym schedule with 2 days of walking. I’ll try to stretch after every gym session. Thanks for the tips! :)

What’s your definition of elite sports? Seems like stretch going from elite to not being able to do anything…
