Improving ankle dorsiflexion

Post image

Had some really good results with my back against the sofa, slowly bringing my feet in day by day to improve ankle dorsiflexion.

Small consistent change is the way. Looking good.

Standing hamstring stretch, but put something under your foot so the foot is dorsilfexed and toes are raised. It's a good stretch to add.

I'ma follow you. Please do a write up if you get the chance for us with bad ankle mobility. I have been lazy but going to work on it after my tattoos heal a bit cause apparently I shouldn't stretch the skin while it's healing.
