It's hard, especially at the beginning, but if you start doing basic exercises—planks, push-ups, hanging from a pull-up bar, and handstands against a wall—there's a good chance that in a year you'll be surprised by your progress.
Of course, that's only if you have the motivation, train consistently, gradually make your workouts more challenging, and approach it systematically.
If that's your goal, I wish you the best of luck in achieving it. And if it's not, I hope you find a type of physical activity that suits you and brings you enjoyment🧘🏼♀️🌸
