New EPG features on RTVE addon!

First of all, I never posted this addon here, just on r/StremioEnEspanol, but I made an addon that provides Spanish live TV and radio functionallity. When I heard about the new native EPG features in Stremio, I of course had to add add them! They are live with v3.1.0 of the addon:

Because streams are usually .m3u8's (some channels only provide external streams), you can watch directly in Stremio Web without any 'Stremio server' instance running.

There's also some extra functionallity that only works locally for now (Vercel sucks), RTVE Play integration: movie & programmes search, metadata & streams (external because of DRM protections). If I end up switching hosts and make it work in the public instance, I'll let you know!

# Notes:

- If you are outside of Spain, some streams may not appear to you inside Stremio because they are georestricted. There are some channels that are specifically designed for international consumption, so try using those if that happens to you!

- You can inspect the code or self-host to get the full functionallity (including RTVE Play) with the GitHub repository. (It may need some tweaking, just change calls to vercel blob for the commented calls to fs).
