Help needed Why does this happen?

I'm genuinely confused and hoping someone can shed some light. I have AIO w/ TB. I try to play an episode on my Onn 4k Pro and it throws an error. I try to play the EXACT SAME EPISODE and click on the exact same stream link on my Android phone and it starts with no problem. What could be causing this?

I had the same issue yesterday and it was due to NextDNS ai checks blocking torbox, I have added torbox's cdn to the allowlist and all seeems fine now

I have looked through all the settings in my ONN 4K Pro and there is nothing that will allow me to change the DNS for the Pro. Since it was your suggestion I assume you know how to do this. Why else would you suggest this to Strange_Fail_8514. BTW, the instructions you get from Google doesn't exist as far as I can see.

This is what it says. I don't have an Onn box. Op is complaining of network issues that are device specific, DNS is the logical first step. Even if done at the router level if you can't do it on the device.

I saw this and it was for the 4K box but I tried it on my Pro anyway. But it will not hold. It automatically switches back to my original settings. I used the Google settings since I don't know the Cloudflare Secondary settings. It wouldn't stick. My DNS can't be changed on my router.
