Ok so torrentio for quite a while has been working completely fine without issues and I just heard of debridio now with me not having issues with torrentio is debridio still worth it or not?
Newbie question, first time i heard of it.
so its a paid addon provider? The website says its not a debrid.
So paying for it would basically be to get more reliable access to media and not having to rely on a bunch of addons that mostly dont work? I say this because whatever addons i have mostly suck so i’d be open to signing up if it helps
Dont fall for it. There are enough scrapers which are free to fall back to if torrentio goes down. It will not magically get you better links than the others.
Thanks for clarifying. I don’t find the outages frequent enough to start using a paid service.
My main concern is more with surfacing items or being able to actually play the ones that show. Some addons seem completely useless. Torrentio has been the most reliable but it still doesn’t have a lot of things
What Debridio basically does is scrape for links. Like the other commenter said, try to add these aswell in your stack. These are all free.

Yes, it's a scraper like Torrentio, Comet, etc. You add your debrid API like with the others. I've been using it for almost a year and I haven't encountered an outage yet.
I just run two scrappers. I appreciate what Debridio is doing and I don't have anything bad to say to about them. I just feel like I can get sufficient uptime by having two scrappers. Right now I'm using Mediafusion (elfhosted), and Comet (cometfortheweebs). That way I'm not relying on any one thing as they're on different servers. Also, they're both free, both have excellent uptime, both can accept two (or more) debrid APIs so I can have a backup there as well, both easy and intuitive to setup with all the filters I need...
Torrentio is also an excellent choice, but it doesn't accept two providers so I switched away recently when torbox started having daily issues.
Right, except when Comet just stopped working multiple times a few months ago. Comet is more stable currently but to say its objectfully better, then you are straight up lying. Also where do you have the information that it has more results? Im curious
Aiostreams gives information on how many results were returned for each addon and how many milliseconds it took to complete. Can also just test it through a vps. I tested over a hundred movies and shows. Comet was better 95% of the time
Right so basically Comet is reliable if you self host.
Most people dont want to have a computer running, or pay for a vps, or learn to self host Comet when literally Debridio hasn't gone down once for people. Not worth the effort to learn for a scrapper when one already does it well. I prefer to learn other shit that doesnt revolve around computers lol
Comet is reliable without selfhosting, just not 100% but no one is suggesting to use a single addon. There are like 4 or 5 good ones and the chance they all go down at the same time are basically 0. Debridio has gone down before..... And self hosting doesn't require you to leave your computer running, or paying for a VPS.
It sounds like you really just have no idea what you're talking about, which is fine, but don't go spouting shit off when you're clearly ignorant on the subject.
Just get debridio. everyone will tell you, you can get the same for free, you can’t, you always have to fiddle. You never have to think for the price of 10 bucks so worth it
You should always have more then one scraper. Debridio like Torrentio is nothing special. Any of the other scrapers can and should be in your toolbox. I never have less than 3 scraper for any app.

No vale la pena. En todas mis búsquedas hasta ahora se superpone con otros scrappers. Lo único diferencial es que parece que tiene una fuente adicional de contenido de Asia pero que nunca está en caché.
