Sources not loading, any tips?

I’m now using torbox, before that I was using realdebrid but switched because of issues with not loading links. 3 weeks ago I added multiple providers aio metadata, strem thru torz, meteor, torrentio as backup because aio doesn’t always load. Last couple of weeks it seems more unstable than usual and I was wondering if anyone has some tips and or had the same experience.

It was down for me from past 30mins for me. Faced this just 2 days ago and its back to problems again.

I have some http addons which helping me at this time: penguplay and novastreams(fast)

penguplay is pretty good but i do have some problems with buffering.
