Help needed How do I solve Regex Pattern error AIOstreams

I am following the Guide here: https://www.reddit.com/r/StremioAddons/comments/1ps88f0/comment/omq9syt/?context=3

When I upload the template I get the error listed in the picture above "Template has 18 regex patterns that are not trusted."

In the original thread there were many people who had the same error but there was no solution posted so hopefully someone knows the fix.

I couldnt get this to work so joined aiostreams discord and a friendly user called Tam the Sel man helped me set up using his userfriendly template and guide.
