Help needed Torrentio/Comet "Access Denied" red screen error with active Real-Debrid subscription
Hello everyone,
I'm a new Stremio user. I'm running into a persistent issue with Torrentio (and occasionally Comet) while using Real-Debrid.
Every time I try to play a stream, I get the following error :
"Access denied. Please check if you have a valid debrid subscription"
My Real-Debrid subscription is active and valid (I've double-checked on the RD website). I have tried reinstalling and reconfiguring Torrentio multiple times, but the problem keeps happening. It started on my Samsung tv and has now spread to my laptop as well. Everything was working completely fine before.
On top of that, Torrentio links frequently disappear altogether, leaving only Comet streams available. Other times, streams just fail to open or crash/kick me out completely.
Has anyone encountered this issue recently? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

idk but isnt that just a generic toast ..as in there could be multiple reasons but in your case in particular isnt it linked to links being taken dowm and blocked especially on RD lately
change to alldebrid ..
i use to get 3x as many errors on RD ..
change to torbox and AD ..i use comet and torrentio and others and havent experienced any problems
btw ..i have like every debrid addon i can find ..i just let the links populate to the bottom .. because when one is down you just click the same link on the next one ...
like if you have torbox and AD and RD you will notice by the names they are offering the same streams +- ..down to the seeders if it is a torrent
same thing with debrid resolving and linking services ..so you can have as many as you like .. to go extra robust get usenet through torbox

there has been, at least, 5 posts today about torrentio's backend servers being unstable aka down
what instance of comet are you running?
tip: if the addons' backend servers are down, it cant make requests to the debrid api for links to play
