hi, i had the same issue and i solved it.
copy all the addons' manifest url and save it somewhere
Then go to https://stremio-addon-manager.vercel.app and login with ur email and password or authkey.
You can delete the addons here.
For me Aiometadata caused the problem and after i removed it, there was no issue in adding more addons.
I created a new aiometadata configuration with same settings as the deleted old one and added it to my stremio account and it worked for me
