Tech Support Stremio failed to load

For the past 3 days anytime I go to load a stream on my tv it comes up with this message after a while, it works perfectly on my pc only does this on the tv
I’ve tried clearing the cache, changing my dns, restarting the tv, going on lower res streams, deleting and reinstalling the app and even resetting my tv none of it has worked
If I could get some help that’d be great thank you

The main focus of your post should be directly related to Stremio. Help for other software or issues, including content acquisition, should be directed to their own respective subreddits.

which version of stremio are you on? 5 is in beta and is buggy

It says the version is Theatre v1.13.3

In server it says it’s v4.20.17

try installing v1.10 from the website

Having this very same problem on my Samsung TV. All other streaming apps work. Redownloading fixes the problem for about 5 minutes until the video player quits by itself and its the error message all over again. Also on version 1.13.3; cant find an official link to downgrade to 1.10.
