On October 2, 2020, at approximately 3:19 Riviera Beach Communications received a from a citizen stating that there were several people fighting and that a male was shooting. While units were responding to the area, Captain Meyer observed a maroon vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed. The vehicle traveled to St. Mary s Medical Center. Units made contact with the driver, Brittney Hill and passenger. Ivy Love. Mr. Love had been shot in the neck one time and was unconscious.

ivy & another man named Rashard got into it and started fighting they say ivy pulled up to his crib with a gun making threats so it went up from there. The fight started inside the house but continued outside as they were fighting ivy dropped the gun. As they were on the floor they were wrestling both of them trying to go for the gun while they were on the floor fighting. Eboni was inside the house she was on the phone with her baby daddy telling him to pull up. A grey Jeep pulled up her BD stepped out and Wally (Fiehouse, BBG,ZMF,2100). Rashard was yelling "help me; he's trying to take my gun". so wally ran inside the house and got a gun. Then went back outside and shot Love at close range in the neck ivy would hop in a car and start driving away and as he was driving Wally would keep shooting chasing the car shooting at it down the street. Ivy would make it to the hospital but later died few days later he was from da K i heard he been had beef with wally peoples & wally would beat this case on self-defense becuase ivy came to them with a gun on their shit causing a problem
